Rules for using SeedanceFree accounts, AI video generation, credits, and billing

These Terms of Service govern your use of SeedanceFree. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SeedanceFree provides a web interface for creating AI-generated videos from text, images, and supported reference media. Generation requests are fulfilled through EvoLink and the selected Seedance model. Available models, inputs, quality, duration, processing time, credit prices, and features may change as the product and upstream services change.
Completed videos use temporary provider-backed links. You are responsible for downloading and keeping any output you want to retain.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to upload references or start a generation. Keep control of your Google account and do not share a SeedanceFree session with another person. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. Do not use the service if applicable law or a binding restriction prohibits you from doing so.
You keep whatever rights you already have in prompts, images, video or audio references, and other material you submit. You grant SeedanceFree and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, process, and reproduce that material only as needed to operate, secure, and support the requested service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for every input and for your intended use of an output. Do not submit confidential material or personal data that you are not authorized to disclose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to third-party rights, SeedanceFree does not claim ownership of your generated output. SeedanceFree does not grant or guarantee commercial-use rights; your intended use depends on the selected model's terms, your inputs, applicable law, and third-party rights. AI systems can produce similar or inaccurate results, and you must review outputs before publishing or relying on them.
These rules apply to prompts, uploads, reference media, generation requests, generated outputs, and any sharing or distribution of those outputs. You may not use SeedanceFree to create, upload, request, edit, or distribute:
Before a generation request is sent to the video provider, SeedanceFree scans its text prompt with Waffo Prompt Sift. When the selected provider and model expose a content filter, SeedanceFree enables it for the generation request; the provider may also reject unsafe inputs or outputs. Automated signals, provider decisions, user reports, and, where appropriate, manual review may be used to identify potential violations. These controls do not guarantee that every violation will be detected. We or the generation provider may reject or block inputs and outputs that appear to violate these rules.
To report suspected prohibited content or misuse, email feedback@seedancefree.app with the subject Content Report. Include the relevant page or output URL, request or task identifier if available, the category of concern, a short explanation, and supporting context. Do not download, attach, or redistribute illegal content merely to make a report.
We review reports and detected violations using available account, request, generation, security, and provider information. Review may include automated signals, manual assessment, and consultation with our generation or infrastructure providers. We may temporarily restrict access while a review is pending and may request additional information. We do not promise a particular outcome or response time, but we will assess reports as reasonably practicable.
Depending on severity, context, and repeat behavior, enforcement may include rejecting or blocking a generation, restricting features or generation access, issuing a warning, temporarily suspending an account, permanently terminating an account, or voiding credits obtained through fraud or abuse where permitted by law. We may preserve relevant evidence and notify providers or lawful authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to address child-safety risks, credible threats, fraud, or other serious harm.
To request reconsideration of an enforcement decision, email the same address with the subject Moderation Appeal and include your account email, the relevant request or task identifier, and why you believe the decision should be reviewed.
The generator shows the estimated credit cost before you submit. SeedanceFree reserves the required credits when a generation starts and charges them after the provider reports the generation as completed. If creation fails or the provider reports failure, the reserved credits are released. A result that completed but does not match your creative preference is not the same as a technical failure.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless SeedanceFree expressly permits it, and expire according to the plan or credit-pack terms shown at purchase. Credit grants, pricing, model costs, and expiry rules may change for future purchases or grants.
Paid checkout is hosted by the active payment provider, which may be Stripe, Creem, or Waffo. Prices, currency, billing interval, renewal amount, included credits, and any promotion are shown before checkout. You authorize the provider to charge the selected amount and any recurring renewal disclosed at checkout.
Subscriptions continue until canceled. Use the available billing portal or contact support to request cancellation; cancellation timing and access through the end of a paid period depend on the plan and payment provider. Cancel before the next renewal if you do not want another charge.
Refunds are not automatic or guaranteed. We review billing-error and refund requests based on applicable law, the payment provider's rules, the reason for the request, and whether granted credits have been used. Contact feedback@seedancefree.app with the account email and payment reference. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right.
SeedanceFree depends on Google authentication, EvoLink, Seedance models, hosting, storage, database, email, anti-abuse, and payment services. We do not control every upstream outage, moderation decision, model change, temporary link, or payment-provider action. The service is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular generation time, or a specific creative result.
The SeedanceFree site, software, interface, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service except where applicable law permits it.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or providers, enforce these Terms, address non-payment, or comply with law. Where appropriate, we may terminate an account for a serious or repeated violation.
You can delete your account in account settings. Account deletion may remove access immediately and may be irreversible. Transaction, security, or provider records may remain where reasonably required, as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeedanceFree is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed results. You remain responsible for reviewing inputs and outputs and for how you use them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of SeedanceFree will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. These exclusions do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
