How SeedanceFree handles account, generation, billing, and support data

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of SeedanceFree handles information when you visit the site, sign in, create a video, buy credits or a subscription, change your profile, or contact support.
Production accounts use Google sign-in. We receive the account details Google makes available for authentication, such as your name, email address, profile image, and provider account identifier. We also process authentication tokens, session identifiers, session expiry, IP address, and user-agent information as needed to keep you signed in and protect the account.
If you edit your profile, we store the name and avatar URL you choose. A custom avatar is uploaded to the configured S3-compatible storage service.
When you generate a video, we process your prompt, selected model and mode, duration, quality, aspect ratio, audio option, and any reference image, video, or audio URLs you provide. Local reference images are uploaded through SeedanceFree to EvoLink, and generation inputs are sent to EvoLink to perform the requested AI video generation.
SeedanceFree's application database currently records generation metadata such as the request ID, provider task ID, user ID, model, mode, quality, duration, credit cost, status, billing status, and error code. It does not currently store the prompt, reference URLs, or completed video URL in the generation record. Completed videos are exposed through temporary provider-backed links, so you should download and keep your own copy promptly.
We store your credit balance and ledger, including grants, purchases, usage, expiry information, and the generation associated with a charge. For paid plans or credit packs, we store payment-related identifiers and status information such as the price, customer, checkout session, subscription, invoice, payment status, and billing period.
Checkout and card entry take place on the active hosted payment provider. Depending on the production configuration, that provider may be Stripe, Creem, or Waffo. SeedanceFree does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
If you use the contact form, we process the name, email address, and message you submit and send them through our email provider. We may also process request logs, security events, rate-limit information, and error details needed to operate and protect the service.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Reference URLs you submit may also cause EvoLink to retrieve media from the host of that URL.
We retain account, payment, credit, generation, security, and support records only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal and accounting requirements. The code does not set one universal retention period for every record, so we do not promise a fixed deletion schedule here.
EvoLink and other providers control retention in their own systems. Reference files and completed video links may expire according to the provider's lifecycle. Deleting a SeedanceFree account does not automatically guarantee immediate deletion of records that a payment provider or another independent provider must retain.
You can update your profile or delete your SeedanceFree account from account settings. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information by contacting us. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and may need to retain limited transaction, security, or legal records.
You can manage browser cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can also disconnect SeedanceFree from your Google account settings, although this does not by itself delete your SeedanceFree account.
We use access controls, signed or secure cookies where supported, server-side session validation, rate limits, and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
SeedanceFree is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to an online service in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us.
We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest published version.
